In the pneumatic actuators system, valves are control components, its main function is to isolate equipment and piping system, regulating flow, preventing backflow, and discharging pressure. The suitable medium is water, steam, oil, natural gas, strong corrosive medium, (such as nitric acid, concentration of sulfuric acid, etc.).

I) For individual parts we can use dip way to clean. Unlike electric actuators, when cleaning we should remove all adhesion on the surface of grease, dirt, plastic product, dust, etc.

J) If you are an electric actuator supplier, after cleaning we should immediately remove them from the cleaning agent, they should not be soaked for a long time.

K) New parts also need to be cleaned before assembly.

L) We had better use grease lubrication. If the working medium is gas, we can use example of 221 grease.

M) During assembly time there should not be allowed to have metal scraps, fiber, oil (except regulations used) dust and other impurities, foreign bodies, such as pollution, adhesion, to stay on the parts surface or into the lumen.
